By registering, accessing, or using any services provided by the platform mb88 (including the website, mobile app, and all related services), you hereby agree to be bound by and to comply with all Terms & Conditions set out in this document.

Member mb88 may withdraw funds from their account balance subject to the following conditions. For security and fraud prevention purposes, withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for your last deposit.

• The minimum withdrawal limit is RM 50 per transaction.
• Each withdrawal is processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• For withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000, additional documents such as a copy of your ID may be required.

• Odds are displayed in Decimal format unless the member selects a different format in their settings.

• If a match is postponed or cancelled, bets will be voided unless otherwise stated in the relevant sport's rules.
• For football, results after 90 minutes of regular time (including stoppage time added by the referee) are used for bet settlement unless otherwise stated.

• Valid account balances (after deducting any bonus balance that does not meet the rollover requirements) will be returned to the member within 5 business days.
• In the event of account closure due to a violation, mb88 reserves the right to withhold all winnings obtained through activities that breach our rules.
• Members whose accounts have been closed due to violations are not permitted to re-register under the same or a different identity.
